This place is a modern, budget-friendly hotel with friendly and attentive staff members.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with a great and nice location near to Shadyside restaurants within one mile walk, the shops and restaurants on Walnut Street, and Bloomfield. Pleasant, amicable personnel at both check-in and check-out during stay.

The rooms are clean and attractive with 2 beds and our experience is comfortable.

I got upgraded to a neat room with 2 beds, and having a hairdryer and a walk-in shower was great, as the staff here were friendly and delightful, making my stay simply fantastic.

After paying $250/night, we still had to pay for breakfast in the lobby, $18.00/day for parking, and $2.50 for a small bottle of water. The pricing was outrageous.

Conveniently located just 2 miles from the city center, making it the top pick in the area.

Peter at front desk was sweet. Valet guy with glasses and beard was great as well. Pool!! Great location. Starbucks downstairs. Accommodated a late check out which meant the world to me.

Three star, not four. Front desk staff at night was not very friendly. Housekeeping came by once while I was sleeping and never tried again. Tub had gross rust stain at the bottom and was clogged so it took an hour to drain after a shower. No outlets by the bed? I had to move the nightstand to use an outlet.

The staff here is really friendly and welcoming; the location is excellent for visiting the Market District Supermarket - we'd definitely come back to this lovely area.

This place has a modern feel, my room was beautiful with fast wifi and climate control.

Location, Starbucks in building, manned bar/snack bar open until late evening. Staff very helpful.

Room cleanliness- lost an earring and had close look at carpet- clearly had not been vacuumed well in some time. Bathroom shower curtain stained with black grease in easily visible area. Only 3 bath size towels for 2 adults in room occupancy.

Comfortable stay overall, with friendly staff, convenient location near Walnut Street. The room was clean and had coffee, a pullout sofa, and a nice shower. 🌟

Comfortable hotel in a perfect area close to everything Shadyside has to offer. Very helpful employees with nice manners. A lot of options and excellent food. Such a wonderful overall experience.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, there is high-speed internet in the room, and the air conditioning works well. Rewritten: The beds are super comfy, and the room has fast internet and good air conditioning.

Renovation is great but valet was annoying. I understand paid parking but I should be able to self park. Hope you will be more competitive w/ a Hyatt coming in across the street.
